I can't seem to download things I'm trying to buy online. For instance, iTunes. I can browse the website & listen to samples, but when I try to redeem a gift card, it ignores me and does nothing when I click the redeem button. If I try to buy music it gives me an unknown error when I try to log in. iTunes tech support sent a form letter email saying they don't deal with this type of problem and, for a fee, I can contact Apple. You think they'd want my business.
Another time I downloaded a game and played it for an hour. Then I purchased it. When I entered the purchase code, it said it can't connect to the server. Their tech support is stumped, but Mac is new to them.
I'm thinking it's some corrupt something in my computer, but I don't know what. It happens in all internet services and on both my user settings and my husband's. I'm on OS 10.3.9
