Download latest SQL ODBD driver

Is there a place on the web where I can download the latest ODBC SQL Server driver? I have some machines here that have version 2.65x.

I looked at the Microsoft Support page you referenced. In that page, it tells me to go to:

However, there are numerous versions of available at the web page. Why are there so many and which one is the best?

Generally speaking, the lastest version is the best. However, some applications require an update before they can run on the lastest drivers, so you would be wise to test the version on a test server first. Also, you might try this link to help explain a little more about your choice:
