I need to downgrade a IP400 from 3.2 (54) to 3.2 (17).
Is this done in the same way as an upgrade ie. file-advanced-upgrade, where the version says 3.2 (54) and the available is 3.2 (17)?
Can this be done in one go or do I need to downgrade to a later version than 3.2 (17) first?
Thanks in advance . Jon.

Yes you can do it that way. I have done this before with earlier s/w levels.

Why do you need to downgrade??

Thanks for the reply. The mod is to replace a faulty one on a customer site and all the other mods are 3.2 (17).

Then don,t downgrade the module but upgrade the others

I would take the opportunity to upgrade to 3.2(55).

But if the customer is on 3.2(17) and doesn't have any problems there is nothing wrong with downgrading the module to suit the customer and take it down ready.

The customer can be quite difficult so I would rather downgrade the module then upgrade everything else as any problems, even unrelated would be blamed on this.
Thanks for your replies. Jon.
