Downgrade 10. to 9.1 INTERNAL HTTP ERROR 500

I've never run into this before I got an internal error http 500 during the upgrade process.

has anyone ever run into this if so what was your solution?

Is this an IPO 500v2?
What about licensing? There are different licenses for R10 and R9.1

How did you try to downgrade and when did you see this error?
Can you provide a screenshot ?

I would downgrade by recreating the SD card. Save all the relevant files before.

Ok.
Please uninstall the IP Office software, reboot and install it again.
