I have a disabled controller, this is what I get in LD 97:

This is what I get in LD 32 when I try to ENXP 1:

How do I enable this controller?

disl the loop, reseat the controller and try again, the command is right. could be a bad card, usually just needs a wake up

Bad Network Card.....Strangest thing I've ever seen, there was a lightning strike (in the office parking lot, adjecent to the switchroom) that blew away about 20 feet of asphalt and concrete edging. The switch was running behind UPS. The main breaker for the column was tripped. We lost 1 Network card an 2 SDI paddle boards. Could lightning have an EM pulse, or did it make it past the UPS?

Sometime lightning will come through the station cable.

because it came in on the controller, that would imply a entry on the station side. power side induction should come in on the power supplies 1st the the cores.. the paddle boards would look more like power from the data term side.. ie the pc backfed on the comm port.. but them lighting can jump around and do strange things.. your grounding and install is very clean, a strike that close can take our half a switch very easy
