Hello to everyone, i have a issue that i cant solve here is it, I have a database who has 30 gb of size, every day it grows a lot because we store a lot of logs of a financial application I install that database in other server and clean all the logs we store, this leave a database of 200 megas I know that because I make a backup of the clean database and that was the real size, but the size of the database still in 30 gigas how I can down the size of this new database to the real size ??? There are no logs in this new database I don’t know why still in 30 gbs, any help its appreciated

Thanks to everyone

Yes it has a full back up maintenance plan,
Here are the steps I follow

1 Setup the database to new server
2 Clean database removing all data of my table log
3 Backup database and it have only 200 megas
4 restore database and it grows again to 30 gbs
