Double get url windows opening in IE

It seems all to frequently I get 2 windows popping open off a button in my movies. I DONT have a press and release command, just a press, and only one command on the button. I cant seem to get Netscape to give me two, and in IE it does so only some of the time. But once it starts its hard to stop getting two launched windows.
