Double Drop Down Menu

Hello, my boss is asking me to do a double drop down menu. I think thats the way it's called? We have two drop down menus and the person need to choose both of them before getting forwarded to the right page. I've tried it with javascript but it doesn't work well. I don't know much about ASP but like the way it's done.

Could someone help me with this???

Lets say the first drop down as the choices: 1,2,3,4,5
the second choices as :a,b
I want them to choose in the first drop down a number and in the second a letter. each an every possible choice as a different links...

then I would suggest to double check the JS and compare it to the original post...usually I treat JS with this condition:
