I have a user who is getting double (shortcut type) arrows of all the documents relevant to her. One arrow I know represents a shortcut, but these documents shouldn't be shortcuts as they are stored on a Win2k3 server with her My Documents folder re-directed to the network user directory for her. Problem just started (was fine) and "googling" has been of little/no assistance. Please let me know if you know what this means and more importantly how to correct it.

It does appear that the arrows are blue, and is due to file syncing, but it's strange that only one user is experiencing it when there are many others who are not. Copying the files locally obviously solves the problem but defeats the purpose of re-directing the user's "My Documents" folder to a networked drive. Thanks for your reponses, and any more input is welcome.
