I have in house email and have Exchange server 5.5. Does anyone know what would cause emails to be duplicated or triplicated? Thanks.

Double and Triple emails

Hi,
I have seen this happening before when the exchange sever is being pushed, I and other people where recently cleaning out deleted items folder 5,500+ items "oops" in mine and much the same in other users, so about 35,000 items where removed from the server and during this time, some receipents reported getting duplicate emails.
