When are you seeing the dotted lines? Are they actually on your site, or just in Front Page's Normal mode?

Its just in front page and not actually on the web
That's just a function of Normal Mode in FrontPage. It lets you know the borders of text boxes and borderless tables.
If you create a web page in Microsoft Publisher and try to work on it in FrontPage, you'll have dotted lines all over the place. A regular page made in FrontPage shouldn't have too many. Jon Holmen
