Dear All :
I have Windows 2000 SP4 Server - and its a Domain Controller ...
I need to install DotNet Framework on it - without any success ..

The DotNet installation complete successfully but when trying any software depends on it - it gave me permission denied ...
anyhow - I found that it is a common problem and I did all the steps Microsoft mentioned on its site :
without any success ,,, any advise ???
