Dos print jobs going anywhere they chose through TS

I have a dos program that I run inside a Terminal sever session. When i have just one user logged in the dos print jobs go to them. Once i log in with another user and try and print to their printer it prints to the other users printer that just printed. If I log off the other user then print again it goes to the correct printer. I just dont know how Win2003 server handles dos print jobs. I have net use statement inside the terminal server session mapping back to their printer. Is anyone else going through this. PLease help if you know a solution.
