Ok, Im running JavaWebserver1.1 threw my DOS Command prompt in a vurtual server enviroment. In my Servlets Im useing System.out.println statements, so I can follow the progress of the servlet. Well at this point my servlet is so big and has so many out.println statements, the first bunch go out of the window. Im running NT4.0 so I dont have the scroll menu. How do I scroll up threw the DOS Window so I can see I first bunch of out.println's? Any help is greatly appriciated. "Mistakes are the portals of discovery"

In NT4, you should be able to click on the upper left corner of the DOS window (the one your server is running in) and select properties.

Look for a setting "Screen buffer size" and increase the height to 500 or 1000 lines - however many you need to scroll back far enough.

When you click OK, it'll ask if you want to apply the settings just to that window or save them for all future windows of the same name. Save them for all future windows, then close and restart your server. The DOS window will now allow you to scroll back to see your messages.
