DOS-Client video poor - Dell GX clients

Has anyone out there used the Citrix DOS-Client on any of the Dell OpliPlex GX PCs ?

I've tried and succeeded in configuring the GXa and GX1 models but from the NT logon box through to using applications (e.g. IE5) the video effect is very 'grainy'.

Anyone got a resolution to improve ?

Dell's MONITOR.EXE does not seem to work on these models.
Works fine on older 575, 560, GS, GL, XL models.
