DoorPhone works only once

Hi there,

I've installed an IP Office 403 with a analog doorphone/intercom on POTS extension 202. I've configured it as an Offhook station. (If I don't, the station is kept offhook when the conversation has ended.) When someone pushes the doorbel, the station goes offhook and automatically dials to a group. After this call is picked up and ended by a real phone user, all subsequent rings on my door fail. I need to unplug the station and than the doorphone/intercom works fine again for just one call.

Did I forgot to configure some special options in the IP Office 403 or is my Doorphone/Intercom not compatible?

P.S: If I connect a normal analog phone to extension 202 and I use the flash as a bell, it just works fine!

when set to off hook station the IPO will disconnect the call & allow an application such as phone manager to start another however it does not physicaly disconnect the handset so he line is still live.

I would suggest thet you yry setting the extn port type to IVR this should send a disconnect clear signal to the door phone, otherwise leave it as normal & see what happens.

I have not tried either setup so good luck
