I have a NTAB1223 doorphone, and a NT8B79FE on a BCM 400. I need to know if these are compatible! PLEASE HELP!

NTAB1223 is Norstar Doorphone and will not work, you need to purchase a BST Doorphone for BCM.

NT8B79FE - DOC should be ok.

1 lock, 4 receptionist. Will it work?

You will need a BST doorphone NT8B79FDE6 (doorphone with stainless steel faceplate) or NTAB9910E6 (doorphone with brass faceplate)

This is the audio unit that mounts beside the door.

You also need the door opening controller (DOC) NT8B79FEE6.

This is the unit with the relays that actually send the signal to the electronic lock to release the lock.

You can put as many phones as you want in a hunt group and program the hunt group as the doorphone DN. When the call button is pushed the hunt group DN will be rung and which ever station answers will see the option to unlock the door.
