I have a shared folder with lots of folders whithin.

One of those folders should be excluded from browsing (or hidden) so that I can create another share for specific users.

How do I do that?

Move it out side of the current folder tree.

I guess it makes sense, but I was hoping not to do that.

There will be a few of those folders out of the "Public" directory (where all those folders are)
But I don’t know which ones are yet

Is that the only way?
I mean, there are about 35 folders, out of those I may need to move say 15; will I have to move each one of them and make a share for each one of them?
What I was thinking is hide if from browsing to ALL users, except the ones I give rights. Is that possible?

Thanks so much

You can restrict users from getting into the folders by changing the NTFS permissions on the folders, but they will still be visible within the share.

There isn't a way to hide them from some users and not others.
