Hi all dear
I have an Ericsson device that just don't ring the phone when calling some numbers from outside.

what type of rou? and external call is allow:(serv) which type of ext?

Try to change your device's DIR number, give it another extension to see what's happening because it is possible to be a failure on ELUxy board or board pisition.
