Ahhh I missed it

It's only dialtone!!!

To commend the thread title...

Everyone who sold CCR the last (few) year(s) and ordered IPOSS to get support and especially upgrade licenses for free is damn hit by the door.

I understand not to support IPOCC/CIE, ACSS and CCR all together. But it would have been fair not to implement new features in CCR but support the actual. cCR release in the following IPO releases.

Fair would have been to not release CCR in the first place.
It was a disaster from day one. Even if you got it running stable, the numbers didn't add up.

Kind regards

Gunnar

That's another point of view...

Going from one disaster to another and then to another and so on, it is a way of doing things...
There are better working solutions not from Avaya in the market and it is pretty good stuff too.

Better to give agents an abacus for answered calls and a lottery machine for lost ones, than CCR.

My honor was restored thanks to Xima.
No customer complaints, fire n' forget-installs, and the numbers are accurate.

Kind regards

Gunnar

And IPOCC is the replacement for CCR, give me a break you better be a rocket Scientist to install this for sure!

Put it in orbit!

Kind regards

Gunnar
