Have a request from a customer to set up a DID number to access a page trunk, so I put the DID number in the IDC table and pointed it to the ACOD of the page trunk. I get a busy have checked TGAR NCOS. Have I missed anything, or will this just not work.
If you really want to know it's State Government.

ACOD usage in IDC is not correct solution. IMHO.

If any calls logs (DCH ?) on DID number?

Would have thought a TSC would work, as long as trunk transfer type is allowed in the NET_DATA

Just create a phantom with DID then DCFW 4 to acod and make sure the tgar and targ doent match.

Another trick to to set up a ACD queue that is in the IDC table and NCFW the ACD queue to the ACOD of the paging route.
