DON´T SEND MAIL CUSTOM RECIPIENT!! URGENT!!

Hi

I´m having some problems with sending e-mail to custom recipients. I have some users on a Exchange 5.5 and SendMail and create some custom recipients for users who have email on SendMail server.

When I try to send an e-mail by custom recipient the exchange 2003 server give me an error informing that the mailbox doesn´t exist, but it exist. What can do this??

You can send email TO custom recipients, but not BY or FROM them. Could you clarify your problem?
