Domino Migration ! URGENT !

Hi,

I've a strange problem.

we are preparing a domino to exchange migration, we installed a exch 2003 server for mailboxes and a 2003 exch 2003 server for lotus notes connector.

I'm able to send email from exchange to lotus but when i want to send a mail from lotus to exchange the mail is placed in the queue onto the connector gateway and it is never release !

the both exchange server are onto the same LAN and the SAME ROUTING GROUP !!

I authorized relaying onto the both smtp server but nothing !

i actived the high logging level and into the event i get back this:
