Previously, I enabled the requirement for password complexity in the security policy. Now, I desire to disable it and I have reset it several times, only to have it return to "enabled" after a period of time. Even after I disable it, and it so indicates, I cannot reset a password that does not meet the complexity requirements. This is happening on the "domain security policy" only. All of my other security policies do not change on their own but this one.
