Domain problem "www"

Hi

I recently transferred my domain -

http://www.hannahatkins.com

to a new registrar. I set the nameservers to my hosting company.

My problem is my website is not accessible when I visit

http://www.hannahatkins.com

but it is if I leave off the "www" ie hannahatkins.com

I am using a resellers hosting package with WHM.

Anyone help please.

and hannahatkins.com are two different host names. The DNS server should have a record to resolve both names. It looks like hannahatkins.com is registered, but

http://www.hanahatkins.com

is not. Contact you provider and ask them to add the second host name.

http://www.hannahatkins.com,

did you create one on the new DNS servers?

Thank you all for your posts - I have since recreated the account which leaves me now with

http://www.hannahatkins.com

not being found. I do not know how to create the A record or CNAME I just created the account and expect everything to be done for me by WHM.

Would appreciate anymore help.

You need to create an A record for

http://www.hannahatkins.com

on your hosting company's DNS server. Or they need to do it for you, but either way it won't resolve

http://www without

an A record.
