Hi People, just learning a little about policies. Could anyone give me an idea of how to exclude a security group from the domain policy? Thanks!

To prevent a Group Policy object from being overridden

Open Active Directory Users and Computers for a Group Policy object linked to a domain or organizational unit, or open Active Directory Sites and Services for a Group Policy object linked to a site.

In the console, right-click the site, domain, or organizational unit to which the Group Policy object is linked.
Click Properties, and then click the Group Policy tab.
Right-click the Group Policy object link you want to enforce, click No Override on the context menu, and then click OK. (This toggles the No Override state to Active, and a check appears in the No Override column.)

Is this what you were asking?

Hope this helps,

That's heading in the right direction. I'll check out that link right now! Thanks for the lead!
