Domain not licensed

We are having some problems with email.
It seems I started a transfer of domain registration to a new hosting company.
I then cancelled it, but they pulled anyway.

To compensate I set up email accounts at both hosting companies.
I am using Exchange Server 2000 with ExchangePop3.

The exchange pop3 is working fine, but my email says:

"The attached message was not delivered to the following recipients due to licensing issues:
someone@yourdomain.com Domain not licensed"

Anyone have any ideas?

Clarification on above....
All email to my office comes to me as the above.
I can double click on the attachment and see the actual email.

Problem Solved.
Exchange Pop 3 license was corrupt.
