Domain names?

Our windows AD environment is now called na.co.int and all intel boxes have a DNS search order

na.co.int
co.org

Our AIX boxes are still configured in the co.org domain.

So, bpclntcmd commands and nslookups return different domain name information depending upon whether we run them from a windows media server or an aix media server.

Could this be causing me problems with backing up windows clients to the aix media server?
