Hi all I have just recieved and "setup" a server 2003 box.
I have had server 2000 running with AD for the last two years no probs.
However THIS ONE! I named as adminserver.local set the ip address of the card installed DNS & DHCP set up the scope...BUT..I cannot seem to get a machine to join the Domain I can ping the machine I want to use but I cannot ping the server. If anyone has any ideas I really would like to hear them. PS do I use adminserver as the domain name when connecting or adminserver.local or what.
