Domain Controllers Properties - Block Policy Inheritance

I am trying to use vbscript to block policy inheritance. I know the property is 'gPOptions' which I can change manually from 0 to 1 to make the change but do not seem to be able to sort out the vbscript code. Help would be appreciated.

Are you looking to make that change in AD or in the registry of the computer?
