Domain controller update to 2003

Originally submitted to the wrong Forum,

Someone was kind enough to confirm that I could indeed update one controller at a time (2000 and 2003 domain controllers can exist in the same forest).

Also would like to know if it is ok to run the prep commands any time (many days in advance of the actual upgrade)??

Should be no issues running the forest prep and domain prep that you were told about in the Exchange forum...allow for replication as always
