Doesn't Fedora FC5 Do Daylight Saving Time...?

I thought I was late for work...
Looked but couldn't find any setting for it.

I do not know the answer, but figure one would have to sychronize with redhat site. Vaguely remember, during installation, there may be a question about timezone and saying it is for time sychronization.
