Does the 2650 support VPN?

Can anyone tell me if the 2650 supports site to site VPN please?

Sure, provided you have enough RAM/Flash to run the IPSEC IOS. Eg... version 12.3 with IPSEC/3DES requires 96Mb RAM, 32Mb Flash to run. You'll also have to "purchase" the IOS image or course.
