Does SV9500 support the blacklist feature?

i set it,but no effect,the external still can call in

You shouldn’t need the 9 that you’re using in the first image. We usually will make an entry with the county code 1 and without. This would be dependent on what your trunking provider provides.

Additionally, I would double check you incoming route (IC RT) unless it really is 1.
 
And ACID will not stop the call from coming in. If the extension does not have busy forwarding the caller will get busy signal. If you have busy and no answer forwarding to voicemail the call will go directly to voicemail without hitting the extension.
 
The command to block an incoming call is ACLN.
thanks,ACLN is ok in 9500. But I make a mistake,the customer system is SV9500se, I cannot enter in ACLN.
