Does NTBackup support PRE and POST commands?

I couldn't find anything obvious on MS site.

I just want to be able to send an email via batch file with blat upon successful completion of the backup.

I have veritas backup exec, which does do post commands, but no license for this box.

You can try to use command scripts to start backup and send mail after completion.
