Does migrating RS6000 G40 to F80 go without problems?

I was asked by my boss to find out if any known problems exist when setting up this new machine RS6000 F80.
I do not actually know anything about these kind of procedures and I will not be the one performing them.
Maybe if you have experience with installing such a machine you could just give me some general tips on what to look out for...
