Does IDCS2 backsave to CS

We have a customer submitting CS2 files to us, but we have not upgraded yet. Is there a way for this customer to back save and submit CS files to us from CS2?

File menu/Export/Indesign Interchange should do it.

Adobe says this works for CS2 to be able to open in CS, unlike CS to 2.

Using OSX 10.3.8 on a G4

InDesign CS1 (3) must be patched to the April 2005 3.0.1 update, not any of the previous 3.0.1 updates.
