Does CCR support Auto Answer 2

Hi,

I'm looking into implementing CCR, we are using a mixture of phones mainly 1608 and 1616's

Is there a way to implement Auto Answer to force calls through to agents with CCR?

ps We are running IP500v1 on version 8.
 
Yes you can set auto answer for internal or for external.
I think internal can be done from the menu but you could program a button

Build a button and put this on it:

Autoanswer internal
Shortcode = *DCP
Tel Number = 0,0,1,2
Line Group = 0
Feature = CW

Auto answer external
Shortcode = *DCP
Tel Number = 0,0,2,2
Line Group = 0
Feature = CW

Or do it the documented way with a button that toggles on/off:

Programme a button with the action Internal auto answer:

· Action: Emulation -> Internal Auto-Answer.

· Action Data: Optional.

· If left blank this function acts as described above for internal auto-answer.

· IP Office 4.1+: FF can be entered. In that case the button will enable/disable headset force feed operation for external calls. In this mode, when headset mode is selected but the phone is idle, an incoming external call will cause a single tone and then be automatically connected. This operation is only supported on Avaya phones with a fixed HEADSET button. Ring delay is applied if set on the appearance button receiving the call before the call is auto-connected.

Andy, that is internal.
I guess he wants external.
And i believe that button does not exists.
