Does Arcserve 6.6 / 7 / 9.0 work with IP only on Netware 5.0

I have three Netware 5.0 Sp6a Servers, both running IPX and IP.
One has Arcserve 6.6,the other 7.0 and last one has Arcserve 9.0.

The plan is to remove the IPX protocol. Will Arcserve still
work after IPX removal or would it be necessary to reinstll Arcserve
or will it run run under IP with no further configuration.

If I do need to upgrade what version of Arcserve do I need
to buy and will it run under Netware 5.0.

it's still relaint on ipx for discover
however you will get away with loading scmd
loading arcserver then unload scmd

if the server has only ip then when you astart it will auto load scmd for discover and use the default fffffffd

it's a fudge but it works

Not too sure about 6.6 but you may want to check out the CA TID below which details what youmay need to do to get the AS Manager to communicate via IP
