I keep getting these messages in event viewer every few hours. Does anyone know what these mean?

"The browser was unable to promote itself to master browser. The computer that currently believes it is the master browser is DFCK8211."

"The browser has received a server announcement indicating that the computer CITIZENS-6GN20A is a master browser, but this computer is not a master browser."

 
Ask your network administator. The TCP/IP subnet mask needs to be changed.
