I'm learning an old langauge call "DYL", but I can't find any books or docs on it. Does anyone know it or have any docs on it, please help!

Thank you so very much!!!

I may be way outta line here, but Sterling Software's "Vision Eighty" was formerly DYL 280.

Sterling is now part of Computer Asssociates and a quick look at the CA site didn't help.

But, check out the following url as a starting point, and do a search on that page for DYL. There are many products listed that may help you track down what you need.

Good luck. Pete Bloomfield

Catwoman,
I am tyring to learn DYL. I check out the web site at CA and noticed they don't have any classes scheduled. I then called them and they need 5 people in order to conduct a class. So far I am the only on interested. Maybe if we can get enough people together they will teach the class.

Hi,
anybody knows how to find record length of a file in DYL?

regards,
nish.
