Does $31,000 sound right to anyone for R10

Looking to upgrade my switch. I was given a quote for $31,000 for Avaya to upgrade it, train,upgrade a duplicate processor and an upgrade on the vectoring software.
Does this sound about to be right or am I getting ripped off here.
