Hello;

When a document is "uploaded" in SharePoint, what is the path of the document that was uploaded? For instance I upload a document from C:\testdoc.doc. Does SharePoint create a pointer to C:\testdoc.doc? Or is the document loaded into SharePoint some where? If the document is up loaded where is it.

Hello,

everything that you upload to SharePoint will be stored in the content database of your SharePoint site.
