Where can I obtain documentation for a Cinphony NAM? I need to do a back up and want to be sure do it correctly. I've searched Nortel's webset and since the Cinphony is Md'ed it seems the docs have been removed.

must go to cintech web site and cinphony is not md'ed only nam was and they have access to many new unused nams to sell for acd packages

If you can't find what you need online I'm sure we have a copy of the Cinphony docs at the office.
