Documentation and Backup of DNS settings

I am required for disaster recovery proceedures to document all settings on my DNS device. Is there a way to capture all the DNS settings to a text file for export. I don't need the data just the server settings, (zones, forwarders, any A records, SOA, Name servers etc)

This is already done.
I want to be able to backup the settings, so that if my Primary and Secondary server and I are "incapacitated", someone can rebuild the box, platform and all. And type in the necessary settings.

note it doesnt save everything just the zones.

Also do you take daily tape backups?

Backups are done only a weekly basis.

This particular web reference is a partial help, but only for replicating the running server. I am looking for a recovery proceedure from a "catastrophic" event. But, if I am included in the list of losses then perhaps I should not be too concerned about it?????????
