Document subfolder as a web part?

Hi,

Is there any way to add a subfolder (i.e. Shared Documents/JoeBloggsDocs/) as a web part?

At the moment, i can add a hyperlink directly to the subfolder - however, I would rather display the folder contents on the page itself.

Do i need to create a separate document library to do this?

Take a look at the Page Viewer Webpart, that webpart can be used to display a url, page or a folder. You can find information about it on Microsofts Component Directory

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but might be worth a look.

Thanks Thomas,

Have tried this, and it's nearly what i'm after. With the page viewer, the subfolder can be displayed, but appears as a 'window' to the whole page, rather than the usual web part.

Will experiment more, though and update if any progress is made.
