DocuColor 2240 Jobs Disappearing

Anyone know what might be causing this:

A single user on my network is experiencing this problem. The first print job of the day spools but never arrives at the printer. Using a PCL driver.

Ideas?

You will probably find that driver is set up using standard tcpip port. If you change port to LPR you will most likely solve the problem
