When I use scheduler on Win98 to run a crystal executable, a dialog box appears with printing options. Is there a way to suppress that dialog box so an executable can run, refresh the data, and shut down without involving user intervention? Thanks, Dan.
I use a freeware utility at home called PTFB--Push The Freakin' Button to automate dialog box completions (thinks like the OK to connect to my ISP). Since you're trying to automate the print process, it might work for you. It's limitation is that it only clicks a single button. I've seen similar programs that allow you to create a macro of mouse and keyboard actions.
Thanks Steve, I'll take a look at PTFB.
Thanks Howard, in the RDC, which reference object library do you need for scheduling, or is a component required? BTW, I received almost continuous script errors from your site with v5.5 IE. Dan.
