I have a site that is part of 13 site scn.
They receive their incoming calls over a scn trunk from the main site pri.
This site does not want any incoming caller id, because they deal with sexual abuse victims. All other sites were thrilled with incoming caller id.
The calls come in on the pri, and then are directed to the remote hunt group using h323 line. if hunt group does not answer then the call goes to centralized vm auto attendant where a caller can dial an extension directly.

I was thinking of some type of line short code on the h323.
If anybody has an example, I would be grateful.

Using a tag on your incoming call route will substitute one line of the Caller ID, but not all.

Or make a shortcode on the main site.

Do this in the ARS where the call is send to the site where you do not want CLI.

Use NW as telephone number.

BAZINGA!
