Do not have the necessary permissions

Hi All,

I have an Access MDB file from Access 95/97 version. Basically the MDB file was sitting on my client's desktop machine (there is no network involved) and I brought it home for further work. Basically, I have Office XP at home and when I try to open the file, I get the following message:

"You do not have the necessary permissions to use the mdb object. Have your system administrator or the person who create the object establish the appropriate permissions for you."

Any assistance in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.
